IDENTIFICATION AND QUANTIFICATION OF ?- SITOSTEROL IN LEAF OF CALOTROPIS GIGANTEA AND CALOTROPIS PROCERA BY HPTLC

Amaç: Asclepidiaceae familyas?na ait Calotropis procerave gigantean yapra??nda bulunan biyomarker ?-sitosterol'ün ay?rt edici kan?t? ve ölçümü, yüksek performansl? ince tabaka kromatografik (HPTLC) karakterizasyon yöntemi kullan?larak gerçekle?tirildi. Bu çal??mada, kantitatif de?erlendirme için d?? standart kullan?lm??t?r. Gereç Yöntem: Yöntem, ara?t?rman?n do?rulu?unu sa?lamaktad?r özellikle HPTLC analizi uygundur. Kromatografik analiz için, 250 ?m kal?nl???nda silika jel 60F254 kapl? alüminyum plaklar? kullan?ld?. Mobil faz olarak; toluen: etil asetat: glasiyal asetik asit 8: 2: 0.20 (v / v v) çözücü sistemi Türevlendirme anisaldehit sülfürik kullan?ld? 510 nmdalga boyunda de?erlendirildi. Sonuç Tart??ma: Bitki yap?s?ndaki ?-sitosterol miktar?n?n procera gigantea s?ras?yla 11,63 µg 10,23 oldu?u görülmü?tür. Kullan?lan yöntemlerin uygunlu?u seçicili?i, nitel nicel analizlerle gösterilmi?tir. Belirlenen bu yöntemin;Calotropis yapra??ndaki miktar? tayini hassas, seçici tekrar edilebilir kan?tlanm??t?r.
